1. Disconnect an account from the platform
If you have a SEO Automation Hub account you can do it yourself, in seconds:
- Log in to the panel and open Content → Settings.
- In the Connected accounts box choose Connect or manage accounts.
- On the account's row press Disconnect.
The access token is deleted immediately and permanently: from then on the platform can no longer publish or read anything for that account. Posts already published stay on the social network, because they are yours.
2. Remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram profile
You can also revoke access on Meta's side: in Facebook open Settings → Business integrations (or Settings → Apps and websites) and remove "SEO Automation Hub". From then on the token we hold is no longer valid.
When we receive the deletion request sent by Meta, we automatically delete the data linked to that account.
3. Delete all data, even without logging in
Write to info@seoautohub.com from the address you registered with (or naming the connected Page or account). We delete the social data and, if you ask, the whole account.
We reply within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
What gets deleted
- Identifiers and names of connected Pages, Instagram accounts or LinkedIn profiles.
- Access tokens and their expiry dates.
- Identifiers, links and counts of posts published through the platform.
