1. Subject matter of the Service
SEO Automation Hub is a software platform provided by Swellweb di Marco Caciotti (VAT no. IT12272201000) offering SEO audit tools, competitor analysis, content management, Google Search Console integration and an operational workflow for SEO teams and professionals. The Service is supplied on a software-as-a-service basis by subscription.
2. Account and registration
To use the Service it is necessary to create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out through their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported promptly.
3. Trial period
The Service may include a free trial period of 7 days. At the end of the trial, in the absence of an active subscription, access to paid features may be suspended. During the trial the same acceptable use obligations apply.
4. Plans, prices and payments
The paid plans and their prices are set out on the pricing page. Prices are final and do not include VAT. Payments are processed through Stripe: by subscribing to a plan the User authorises the recurring charge according to the billing frequency selected. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.
If the User acts as a consumer within the meaning of Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), they have a right of withdrawal within 14 days pursuant to Articles 52 et seq.; by requesting immediate activation of the digital service, that right is extinguished upon complete performance, pursuant to Article 59(1)(o). For customers acting as businesses or professionals (B2B) these protections do not apply; withdrawal is governed by section § 9.

5. Acceptable use
The User undertakes not to:
- use the Service for unlawful activities or activities harmful to the rights of third parties;
- attempt to access systems, data or accounts belonging to others without authorisation;
- overload, damage or compromise the infrastructure;
- resell or grant third parties access to the Service without authorisation.
6. Intellectual property
The software, the trademark, the interface and the contents of the platform are the property of the Owner or of the respective licensors. The data and content uploaded by the User remain the property of the User, who grants the Service a limited licence, necessary to deliver the requested features.
7. Google integrations
Integrations with Google services are optional, activated only with the User's prior consent through OAuth and revocable at any time. Google data is used in compliance with our Privacy Policy and with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for continuity and accuracy, we do not warrant that SEO results, analyses or metrics are free from errors or fit for a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code).
Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, by continuing to use the Service the User declares that they specifically approve the clauses set out in §§ 8 (limitation of liability), 9 (suspension and termination) and 11 (jurisdiction).
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment or unlawful use. The User may withdraw at any time by deactivating the subscription; access to paid plans remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms for technical, regulatory or service-related reasons. Material changes will be notified; continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Owner has its registered office. For consumer users, the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains unaffected, pursuant to Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005. For the alternative resolution of consumer disputes, the European Commission ODR platform is available.
